Xerox maintains the information it receives via its mobile applications in strict confidence; information you submit through Mobility Marketplace is not sold to or shared with third parties, except our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and partners as described in this policy.
Xerox reserves the right to notify you about administrative matters that pertain to your Mobility Marketplace products or services. We may disclose your personally identifiable information, as required by law or regulation, in connection with law enforcement, fraud prevention, or other legal action; or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect Xerox, our customers, or the public. Although Xerox does not currently anticipate a change in our corporate status, in the event of a merger or acquisition of the company or a substantial portion of its assets, Xerox may disclose, transfer or sell personal information collected via the Mobility Marketplace mobile applications to the surviving or acquiring party, respectively.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
You may choose to give us personally identifiable information via the mobile application to allow us to communicate with you or provide you with services. To set up a User Account we will ask you to provide a user name, password, addresses, email, telephone number and a profile photograph, if you choose to include it. A User Account will allow you to synchronize your account between multiple devices and have a more personal experience. If you utilize the Trip Planning function or to obtain real-time traffic alerts to allow you to plan your trips, you will need to provide your current location or the starting and ending locations of your journey. If you decide to pay for any of the transportation services offered through the application, we will ask for your credit card number, credit card security code and billing zip code. In order to research and improve our services and to provide feedback on local mobility patterns, we may analyze anonymized data related to your mobile device, travel preferences and your previous trips. This data will be completely anonymized and will not allow us to track your movements. You can always opt-out from this service.
Mobility Marketplace is not directed to, or intended for, children and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
Personally identifiable information collected may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Xerox or its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or partners maintain facilities, and by using this mobile application, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
Why Does Mobility Marketplace Collect Personally Identifiable Information?
Mobility Marketplace uses personally identifiable information submitted via its mobile application to deliver services requested by you.
Mobility Marketplace does not send commercial mobile application messages to you advertising our products and services. Our mobile application communications with you are primarily administrative and transactional notices, the purpose of which is not promotional in nature.
Security of Personally Identifiable Information
Xerox maintains strict access control over personally identifiable information.
Only authorized Xerox personnel, and those of our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and partners are allowed to handle information submitted to the Mobility Marketplace mobile application.
Personally identifiable information is stored in password-protected environments and is subject to industry-standard information security policies, standards, and procedures. Although we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no website, internet transmission, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure.
Debit and Credit Card data is encrypted.
Debit and credit card information submitted via the Mobility Marketplace mobile application is protected by industry-standard encryption technology.
Our agents and partners protect personally identifiable information.
When you arrange for services via the Mobility Marketplace mobile application, it may be necessary to transfer personally identifiable information to our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or partners, who then provide the services. Xerox requires that its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and partners handle personally identifiable information with the same concern for personal privacy as Xerox.
